The World Tree – Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) Compliance

- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request the correction or deletion of inaccurate, irrelevant, or outdated information.
- Object to the processing of your personal information under certain circumstances.
- Withdraw your consent at any time, where consent is the legal basis for processing.
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

4. Security Safeguards
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard personal information against loss, damage, unauthorized access, or unlawful processing.
5. Use and Disclosure of Information
Personal information is only used for the purposes it was collected. It may be shared with third-party service providers under strict confidentiality agreements, or where required by law.
6. Retention
Personal information will only be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil its intended purpose or comply with legal requirements.
